By using the ZOD mobile application, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. These terms govern your use of the application and the services provided through it. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZOD. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account on ZOD, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

ZOD is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of Service

ZOD allows users to participate in digital auctions using points. Auction rules, participation limits, and point usage may be updated from time to time.

By using the service, you agree to:

• Use the application for lawful purposes only
• Not participate in fraudulent bidding or any behavior that disrupts the fairness of auctions
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or tamper with the application

4. Virtual Points and Auctions

• Points are required to join auctions and are purchased or earned within the application
• All point transactions are final and non-refundable
• ZOD reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any auction at its discretion

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the ZOD application (including trademarks, interface elements, and images) is the intellectual property of ZOD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the application without written permission.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the application but do not guarantee that the application or its features will always be available. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or unexpected technical issues.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time if you violate these terms or engage in suspicious or harmful behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZOD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application, participation in auctions, or reliance on auction results.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the application or via email. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
